The Soma Retreat is a nourishing addition to the landscape of health and wellness retreats. Unlike our Panchakarma Retreat, which focuses on cleansing and detoxification, the Soma Retreat is about nourishment on every level: physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.
This wisdom retreat was inspired by the Vedic symbolism of soma, a divine elixir associated with wisdom, longevity, and vitality. This restorative getaway is your invitation to return to inner wholeness.
Before arrival, you’ll meet with a practitioner to co-create your week’s intention. This intention will guide your food, treatments, and herbal protocols.
You’ll receive a personalized at-home ritual kit to begin attuning your mind, body, and spirit before stepping onto the land.
All guests will receive a full year of access to Prana Life, an integration membership to help bring retreat insights home with you. We’ll help support you as you transition back to everyday life, helping you to live with intention beyond our doors.
It’s possible for hotels and wellness to go hand-in-hand. At SoHum, you’ll immerse yourself in the tranquility of the most stunning luxury resort in North Carolina. Unwind amidst the beauty of the mountains and heal towards your true nature.
